I am publishing a small book recording personal details of nearly 1000 young men who's names are recorded on the 20 war memorials in the county of Wigtownshire, Scotland.

I have been searching for a suitable cover for the book. I came across your photo on Flickr, and I felt that it personifies the message that I'm trying to get across with the book.

I would appreciate it you would give me permission to use the image. I would give you full accreditation and would be willing to either pay a license fee or a donation.

The print run would be small, about 100 copies and would be sold at cost. An e-mailed image would suffice if that was acceptable.
